Terms of Service for Pipeline Primers

Effective Date: June 21st, 2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services at Pipeline Primers. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge the receipt of our services outlined below.

1. Services Provided

Pipeline Primers agrees to provide the following services:

Set up and management of appointment setting services on agreed platforms. Provision of customized follow-up software. Organization and management of leads. Customer support during normal business hours (9 AM - 5 PM MDT).

These services are inclusive of those agreed upon at the date of signing the contract. Any additional services offered by Pipeline Primers in the future will be optional and may incur additional fees, subject to the Client's agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Pay for advertising at the beginning of each billing period.

Actively manage their calendar and update tracking sheets weekly.

3. Subscription Fee & Trial Period

The Client agrees to pay the cost before any services begins.

The Client will be automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription at $1,500 USD unless canceled per the cancellation policy outlined in these Terms.

Payments made via credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee.

4. Payment Failure

In case of payment failure, the Client must provide a new payment method within 48 hours. A 15% penalty will be charged on the outstanding balance monthly until full payment is received. Services may be suspended during periods of non-payment.

5. Cancellation

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time via written notice at least 7 business days prior to the monthly renewal date. Upon cancellation, access to software and services will terminate at the end of the current billing period. All customer data and advertising assets remain the property of Pipeline Primers post-cancellation. Clients may choose to purchase data and training materials for a one-time fee.

7. Dispute Resolution / Arbitration

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association, located in Provo, Utah, and conducted in English.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

9. Modifications

Pipeline Primers reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your consent to such changes.
